Football Parent/Child Mini

You are signing up for a mini photo session with Stacy Holbert PhotoArt. This photo session will take place Monday evening, Sept 28th on the football field at Bearcat Stadium.

This can be any age from little league to senior high. It can be cheer, football players or trainers. It can include Mom, Dad or both, or if you prefer it can be just the kids.

We will take several different poses of you with your student(s), and we can take some group shots if you like. You get 5-10 digital files with print rights. Cost is $79.

These will be 10 minute sessions. I will schedule the times and send you a message with your time. You can request a time and I will get you as close as possible. If you have a group that want pics together I can schedule your times consecutively, but each child participating must purchase a session.

Feel free to bring props and posing ideas.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Client will receive a link to a gallery of photos to download no later than 10 days following photo session (usually much sooner).  

Stacy Holbert, as the photographer, reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes.

        WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELEASE:  By agreeing to a photography session with Stacy Holbert PhotoArt, I am hereby waiving, releasing and discharging Stacy Holbert PhotoArt and all its affiliates, from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or action of any kind which may hereafter occur to me or my family including my traveling to and from this event.  Stacy Holbert PhotoArt is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or business.  Client swears that each person is participating voluntarily in the said photography session and forfeit all right to bring a suit against Stacy Holbert PhotoArt or Stacy or Bill Holbert for any reason.
